According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Y.T. REALTY announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2025, the group expects to incur an estimated consolidated loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 60 million to approximately HKD 80 million, compared to a profit of HKD 13.2 million in the same period last year. The expected shift from profit to loss is mainly due to a decrease in property sales revenue and rental income compared to the same period last year, but this was offset by a reduction in selling expenses, financial costs, and income tax compared to the same period last year
