XPeng: Signed a cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Huitian for 2026
XPeng announced that the company signed a cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Huitian on August 22, 2025, which is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. According to the agreement, both parties will continue to cooperate in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of flying cars. The flying cars are expected to be mass-produced in 2026, and Guangdong XPeng will provide research and development services, technical consulting services, and sales agency services to Guangdong Huitian. The annual transaction limits are RMB 900 million, RMB 1.8 billion, and RMB 2 billion, respectively
