(Zerui Longxiang), the acquisition is expected to generate synergies, including cost benefits from streamlined operations, increased retained profits, and enhanced cross-selling opportunities between the group's catering business and the food and beverage distribution segment. By owning the e-commerce platform "Zerui Longxiang AI Store" operated by Zerui Longxiang, the company will directly obtain customer data and insights, enabling more precise marketing and product development. Under the guidance of the Shanghai Data Exchange (a key platform for cross-border data transactions headquartered in Shanghai, China) and led by Jiangsu Three Little Dwarfs Network Technology Co., Ltd., Zerui Longxiang has successfully registered its data resources at the Shanghai Data Exchange for the first time, with the relevant data resources coming from the "Zerui Longxiang AI Store." The board believes that the "Zerui Longxiang AI Store" will vertically integrate the group's sales and distribution capabilities for food and beverage products; the comprehensive registration of Zerui Longxiang's data resources not only standardizes data management and application, revitalizes data resources, and unlocks data value but also innovates financing channels, alleviates financial pressure, and preserves and increases the value of the group's data assets.
