"Performance" Greentown China’s interim net profit of RMB 210 million fell by 89.7% and no dividend will be distributed

GREENTOWN CHINA (03900.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ending in June, with revenue of RMB 53.368 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 23.3%, attributed to a 22.7% decline in transferred area during the period; gross profit was RMB 7.159 billion, down 21.4%. It recorded a net profit of RMB 210 million, a decline of 89.7%, mainly affected by an impairment loss of related assets of RMB 1.933 billion; earnings per share were 8 cents. No dividend was declared
