"Profit Warning" KINDSTAR GLOBAL may turn a loss of 30 million to 35 million RMB in the first half of the year
KINDSTAR GLOBAL (09960.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of RMB 30 million to 35 million for the six months ending in June, compared to a net profit of RMB 10.5 million in the same period last year. The expected loss is mainly due to a 3.5% decline in revenue; a loss of RMB 10.15 million from changes in the fair value of invested funds; an expected credit loss of RMB 8.42 million on accounts receivable; and a total loss of RMB 16 million from mergers and acquisitions
