Tencent's official Nintendo Switch account announced that the Chinese version of the Nintendo Switch will stop providing repair services for the Nintendo Switch console, Nintendo Switch games, and related accessories on December 31, 2026. The official statement pointed out that the Chinese version of the Nintendo Switch announced on November 26, 2024, that it will gradually stop operations of the Nintendo eShop and other online-related services from March 31, 2026, to May 15, 2026. At the same time, the official stated that to thank players for their continued use and support, a "Feedback Program" for all Chinese version Nintendo Switch users was launched in November 2024 and is currently ongoing, allowing users to receive up to 4 free download codes for Nintendo games or tools. This program will end on March 31, 2026, and eligible users are advised to redeem their codes as soon as possible
