KAISA PROSPER announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately 822 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 8.5%; gross profit of approximately 204 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 20.2%; profit attributable to owners of the company of 47.821 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.84%; and earnings per share of 0.31 yuan. The total revenue from property management services was approximately 695 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 1.8%. The improvement in performance was mainly due to the provision for losses on accounts receivable and a reduction in administrative expenses.
