"Performance" TST PROPERTIES annual net profit of HKD 2.331 billion fell by 7.1%, final dividend of 43 cents
TST PROPERTIES (00247.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending June this year, with a revenue of HKD 8.236 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 6.6%. The net profit was HKD 2.331 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.1%; earnings per share were HKD 1.08. A final dividend of HKD 0.43 was declared, the same as the same period last year.
After excluding the impact of fair value changes in investment properties, the group's underlying profit attributable to shareholders increased by 0.6% year-on-year to HKD 2.96 billion
