CCT FORTIS announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 258 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%; a net loss of approximately HKD 210 million, a year-on-year increase of 26.5%; and a loss per share of HKD 0.132. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the sale of unprofitable multimedia businesses and a weak global collectibles market. The loss was primarily attributed to a property impairment loss of approximately HKD 99.4 million related to the sale of group assets
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CCT FORTIS (00138) announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 258 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%; a net loss of approximately HKD 210 million, a year-on-year increase of 26.5%; and a loss per share of HKD 0.132.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the sale of unprofitable multimedia business in June 2024, as well as the continued weakness in the global high-value collectibles market. The loss was primarily due to an impairment loss of approximately HKD 99.4 million on assets classified as held for sale
