BEIJING AIRPORT: Li Yongbing elected as the executive director of the ninth board of directors

Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. announced at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting that Mr. Li Yongbing was elected as an executive director of the ninth board of directors, and Mr. Xue Rongguo and Mr. Shen Lancheng were elected as non-executive directors. The term of office for the directors will take effect after the extraordinary shareholders' meeting and will last until the term of the ninth board of directors expires.
