Property management services remain the main source of income, with revenue of approximately 964.3 million yuan, accounting for 79.3% of total revenue. This is mainly due to the expansion of the third-party market and the growth of home living service businesses. The property management services segment remains the largest source of revenue for the group. In the first half of 2025, the group's property management service revenue reached approximately RMB 964.3 million, accounting for about 79.3% of the group's total revenue. The main reason for the increase is the group's active expansion into the third-party market, with the property management area from third-party developers increasing by 18.9% year-on-year, resulting in an overall increase in property management service revenue of approximately RMB 54 million, an increase of about 5.9%; at the same time, the group actively developed home living service businesses during this period, and community value-added service revenue achieved good and stable growth, increasing by RMB 15.9 million year-on-year, an increase of about 11.7%.
