TIANGE: Ouzheng has been appointed as the co-company secretary and authorized representative
TIANGE announced that Wu Xiuwai resigned as co-company secretary due to other work, effective from August 29, 2025. Ou Zheng has been appointed as the new co-company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, while the current co-company secretary Chen Xiu will continue to hold the existing position
According to the announcement from Tiange Interactive (01980), Ms. Wu Xiuwai has resigned as the company's co-secretary due to other work arrangements; effective from August 29, 2025, she will also cease to be the company's authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and the legal representative for receiving legal process documents and notifications under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) in Hong Kong.
Ms. Ou Zheng has been appointed as the co-secretary, authorized representative, and legal representative by the company, effective from August 29, 2025. The current co-secretary, Ms. Chen Xiu, will continue to hold her existing position in the company
