Nio founder, chairman, and CEO Li Bin stated in an internal speech: A company cannot simply rely on adhering to the correct technological route to succeed; a company’s success still depends on solid management, operational efficiency, and cost control capabilities. Why is Toyota the most worthy car company to learn from in the world? They have high operational efficiency and strong cost control capabilities. Yesterday, my IR colleagues and I reviewed the operational reports of global car companies, and Toyota is indeed in a league of its own. It’s not that the combined profit levels of Chinese companies cannot match Toyota; many companies around the world combined do not achieve the profit levels of Toyota. Why? They manage well and manage meticulously; in the end, the automotive industry relies on this
