The China Index Academy released the sales performance ranking of Chinese real estate companies for January to August 2025. From January to August 2025, the total sales of the TOP 100 real estate companies amounted to 2,327.05 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.3%, consistent with the decline from January to July. In August alone, companies such as GREENTOWN CHINA, Binjiang, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and POLY PROPERTY showed relatively strong sales performance. The equity sales of the TOP 100 real estate companies reached 1,627.52 billion yuan, with an equity sales area of 83.828 million square meters
