Walmart launches AI "super agent" to optimize shopping experience
Walmart announced the launch of a set of AI-driven "super agents" aimed at improving the shopping experience for customers and streamlining operations. Reportedly, these four types of "super agents" are: customer agent - automatically generating shopping lists and placing orders; employee agent - integrating sales data queries and other functions, reducing the store decision-making process from an average of 48 hours to 15 minutes; business partner agent - providing dynamic inventory management for suppliers; and developer agent - opening platform interfaces to accelerate the development of AI products across all business scenarios
