CTIHK signs a framework agreement for the overseas sale of tobacco leaf products
CTIHK (06055.HK) announced the establishment of a framework agreement for the overseas sale of tobacco leaf products. According to this agreement, the group will sell tobacco leaf products to relevant overseas entities under its ultimate controlling shareholder, China National Tobacco Corporation, mainly including tobacco leaves, tobacco stems, tobacco dust, tobacco sheets, and tobacco strips, with a term ending in 2027. The transaction limits for 2026 and 2027 are set at 328 million yuan and 380 million yuan, respectively
