CHINA ART FIN has been requested to repay loans and interest totaling over 8.45 million yuan

CHINA ART FIN (01572.HK) announced that it has received a statutory demand for repayment issued by the legal representative of the creditor, requiring the company to pay the total outstanding loan amount of approximately HKD 7.8949 million, along with the agreed interest due by September 30, 2024, the outstanding interest of approximately HKD 279,900 from October 1, 2024, to August 28, 2025, and the outstanding default interest of approximately HKD 278,800 from June 19, 2025, to August 28, 2025. If the payment is not made on time, the creditor may file a winding-up petition against the company.

The company is currently seeking legal advice on this matter and will make a separate announcement regarding the statutory demand for repayment in due course or as required by the listing rules
