YUANDA CHINA (02789.HK) announced that Tian Wei resigned as Chief Financial Officer to spend more time handling the daily operations of its subsidiaries. He will remain an employee of the group after resigning as Chief Financial Officer. The group's Chief Financial Officer, Lu Xinling, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer. The changes are effective from August 29
