EQT AB repurchased 552,127 ordinary shares between August 25 and August 29, 2025, as part of a program to buy back up to 5,535,521 shares for a total of SEK 2.5 billion. The program, running from July 18 to September 26, 2025, complies with EU regulations. The total accumulated repurchases during the program reached 3,331,765 shares, with an average price of SEK 337.06. As of August 29, 2025, EQT holds 361,254,375 shares, leaving 1,173,357,525 outstanding shares.
