The "Park Tower" Kai Tak "Bai Wei Sen I" has started the handover process and may launch additional units within the day
NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) and FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) have cooperated to develop Kai Tak "Park Vista I," which received satisfactory paper last week and has begun the handover process.
He Ka Yan, Director of Operations and Marketing at NEW WORLD DEV, stated that there is a chance to launch additional units soon, and there will be room for price adjustments at that time.
He Ka Yan mentioned that the entire Park Vista series has sold a total of 663 units, cashing out over 4.6 billion. Additionally, the developer plans to arrange media visits to the completed units soon
