*ST Banbao announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Jierui Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. received a "Notice of Response to Lawsuit" from the People's Court of Anyi County, Jiangxi Province, involving a financial loan contract dispute with an amount of 96.7794 million yuan. The case has not yet been heard, and the impact on the company's profits cannot be determined at this time. The company will continue to monitor the progress and fulfill its information disclosure obligations
