VCG's 500px China launches AI content guidelines
500px, a subsidiary of VCG, has released management regulations for AI-generated content in China, aimed at regulating the dissemination of AIGC content. According to the new rules, the platform will restrict the display of images that are completely generated by AI. Newly uploaded AI content must be marked with the "AIGC" option, and users are required to clearly label or delete previously uploaded AI content in the title and description of their works. The platform also provides a reporting channel for users to report AI content that is not labeled or contains misleading behavior. This move aims to maintain the unique culture of "real photography" in the 500px community while complying with national policies
