
Caterpillar has reached a $3.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement
Caterpillar has reached a $3.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement. The construction and mining equipment manufacturer stated on Wednesday that this credit agreement will expire on August 27, 2026, and will replace an old agreement signed last August. Caterpillar also revised the three-year and five-year credit agreements signed in 2022, extending them to August 2028 and August 2030, respectively. These two agreements provide $3 billion and $5 billion in unsecured revolving credit, respectively
