On Friday, H World rose nearly 4%, closing at $37.79. The financial report shows that in the second quarter of this year, H World Group's hotel revenue was 26.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15%. During the same period, the group's revenue reached 6.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.5%; adjusted net profit was 1.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.6%; adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) was 2.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.3%. After achieving the "10,000 stores" goal in the second quarter of last year, the number of hotels in H World Group continues to grow. As of the end of the second quarter, the total number of operating hotels in the group reached 12,137, a year-on-year increase of 18%; the total number of operating rooms was 1,184,915, an increase of 18.3% year-on-year. During the reporting period, the group opened 597 new hotels, with 2,947 hotels awaiting opening, covering a total of 1,522 cities at the end of the period. For the third quarter, H World Group provided performance guidance: expected revenue growth compared to the third quarter of 2024 is between 2% and 6%, or growth between 4% and 8% (excluding H World International); management franchise and licensing revenue is expected to grow between 20% and 24% compared to the third quarter of 2024
