According to a document recently submitted by Trip.com Group to the U.S. SEC, co-founder and chairman Liang Jianzhang plans to sell 1 million ADS worth $73.75 million (approximately 527 million yuan). Co-founder and president Fan Min also submitted a document planning to sell 70,000 shares of ADS worth $4.5444 million (approximately $32.42 million)
