CHINA QINFA (00866.HK) announced a related transaction, with its subsidiary SDE entering into a coal supply agreement with Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific, under which SDE will sell 70,000 metric tons of Indonesian thermal coal to Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific, with an estimated transaction amount not exceeding USD 5.4 million
