Xiaomi Home Business Co., Ltd. was established in June 2017, with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, and its business scope includes the sale of communication equipment, wholesale of computer software and hardware, and auxiliary equipment. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that in April of this year, Lei Jun changed from executive director to director of the company, and the company's business scope was expanded to include the sale of smart home consumer devices and hair accessories
