According to the announcement from Shen Lian Biomedical (688098.SH), based on the "Regulations on Veterinary Drugs" and the "Measures for the Administration of Approval Numbers for Veterinary Drug Products," and after review by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Shen Lian Biomedical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been authorized to produce a bivalent inactivated vaccine for swine streptococcosis and contagious pleuropneumonia (Type ZY-2 strain + Type SC strain) at its Lanzhou branch, and a veterinary drug product approval number has been issued.
The approval and market launch of this product will further enhance the company's product matrix for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases in animals.
