On September 8th, according to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Association, the city recorded 1,347 second-hand houses in the 36th week of 2025, an increase of 8.2% compared to the previous week. After the new policy for the Shenzhen real estate market was released on September 5th, the recorded volume of second-hand houses increased by 37% over the weekend compared to the previous weekend. According to data from the Shenzhen Real Estate Information Platform, the transaction volume of new houses in the city significantly increased by 38.7% in the 36th week of 2025
