<p>The Supreme Court will expedite its review of President Trump's tariffs, determining if he can use emergency powers under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). The court will hear oral arguments in early November, following lower courts' rejections of the administration's claims. Solicitor General D. John Sauer emphasized the tariffs as a key economic and foreign-policy initiative. The administration hopes the conservative-majority court will overturn previous rulings against the tariffs.</p>
