According to the announcement from Perennial International (00725), Furuima Ze Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor on September 12, 2025, due to the failure to reach an agreement with the company regarding the auditor's remuneration for the year ending December 31, 2025.
The board, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, has resolved to appoint GuoFuHaoHua (Hong Kong) Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. as the new auditor, effective from September 12, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Furuima Ze, with a term ending on the date of the company's next annual general meeting
