SDHS NEW ENERGY's subsidiary has signed an EPC contract for a distributed photovoltaic project located in Shandong with a joint contractor

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) and SDHS Holdings (00412) jointly announced that on September 12, 2025, Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY Technology (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS NEW ENERGY and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS Holdings) (as the contractor) entered into an EPC contract with the joint contractors (namely Shandong Expressway Urban Construction, Shandong Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute, and China Hydropower Engineering). According to the EPC contract, Jinan SDHS NEW ENERGY Technology agrees to appoint the joint contractors to provide EPC services for the project (approximately 5.56 megawatt peak distributed photovoltaic project located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China), with a total contract price of RMB 18.2291 million (including all taxes) (which may be adjusted in accordance with changes in national tax policies).
