On September 13th, Li Jianguo, Deputy Director of the Digital Technology and Infrastructure Construction Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, stated at the 2025 China Automotive Industry Development International Forum that data security is the lifeline of the intelligent development of the automotive industry. Automotive data includes sensitive content such as high-precision geographic information, personal driving trajectories, and biometric features. Once leaked or misused, it will directly endanger user privacy, corporate interests, and even national security. It is necessary to adhere to both data development and utilization as well as security protection, accelerate the establishment of a security management mechanism covering the entire lifecycle of automotive data collection, transmission, storage, processing, and destruction, and support the industry application of privacy-preserving computing, blockchain, and other trusted data circulation technologies
