YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) announced that in August, the contract sales amount (including joint venture projects) was approximately RMB 5.505 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 45%; the contract sales area was 169,400 square meters, a decrease of 40.2%.

In the first eight months, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 73.011 billion, an increase of 3.7%, involving a sales area of 1.8056 million square meters, a decrease of 24.1%.
