GET NICE Holdings (00064.HK) announced that it has entered into a temporary sales agreement with MTR Corporation (00066.HK) to acquire ten apartments located at 5B Phase of South Island, Wong Chuk Hang, for investment purposes, with a total consideration of HKD 109 million, to be funded by internal resources
