Tata Capital has accepted bids totaling 5.85 billion Indian rupees ($66.29 million) for the reissue of bonds maturing in July 2028 and April 2030. The bids were invited from bankers and investors, with the July 2028 bonds offering a yield of 7.2406% and the April 2030 bonds at 7.3009%. Both issues received AAA ratings from Icra and Crisil. The bidding took place on September 12.
