Sunac China: Plans to hold a creditors' meeting on October 14, 2025
Sunac China announced that at the convening hearing on September 15, 2025, the High Court directed that a meeting of the scheme creditors will be held to consider and, if appropriate, approve the scheme arrangements entered into by the company with the scheme creditors. The meeting is scheduled to take place on October 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, unless any adjournment is announced at the scheme meeting
