TALENT PPT GP: Sold land use rights for RMB 81.6014 million

TALENT PPT GP announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Guoyou, and Yangzhou Shiyou, as sellers, have entered into a land use rights repurchase agreement with the People's Government of Guangling District, Yangzhou City. The subject land is located in Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, with a total area of approximately 52 acres, and the permitted use is commercial. The price is RMB 81.6014 million, of which 20% will be paid within five working days after the seller completes the cancellation registration procedures for the subject land rights, and 80% will be paid on or before February 14, 2026. The proceeds will be deposited into a joint account, specifically for completing the unfinished construction in Area A. The board of directors expects to confirm an unaudited pre-tax net loss of approximately RMB 2.4476 million regarding the sale
