MIN FU INTL plans to acquire agricultural food production facilities and related assets
MIN FU INTL announced that it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Dong'an Xiaqi Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Hunan Shuoshen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to acquire agricultural food production facilities and related assets, and to lease an agricultural food production plant. The board of directors believes that this move is an important step for the company in the agricultural food technology and sales business, aligning with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Min Fu International (08511) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Dong'an Xiaqi Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. (seller) and Hunan Shuoshen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (lessor). Under this memorandum, the company intends to nominate one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries as a potential buyer to carry out the following matters: (i) possibly acquiring agricultural food production facilities and related assets from the seller; and (ii) leasing an agricultural food production plant located on the east side of Cold Dong Road, Xiqi Village, Jingtouwei Town, with a total construction area of approximately 39,223.3 square meters from the lessor.
The board of directors believes that entering into the memorandum of understanding is an important step for the group to hold valuable assets for operating agricultural food technology and sales business, and therefore, entering into the memorandum is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders
