KINGDEE INT'L's Hongjin Investment increased its stake in Yunzhijia by RMB 68.25 million to 62.76%
KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK) announced related transactions, with its controlled structured entity Hongjin Investment acquiring a 62.764% stake in Yunzhi Home from Diechuang Holdings for a cash consideration of RMB 68.25 million. Upon completion, Hongjin Investment will hold a 70.3013% stake in Yunzhi Home. Through strategic integration, Yunzhi Home will become the core collaborative platform of Kingdee's "Subscription First, AI First" ecosystem, providing a unified AI and collaboration entry point for all of Kingdee's SaaS products
