Qianxun Technology potentially fully acquires Punk Code Technology with a maximum consideration of 25 million yuan

Qianxun Technology (01640.HK) announced that it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with an independent third party, under which the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Punk Code Technology Hong Kong, the latter being a Web3 fintech company founded in Hong Kong, with the founding team primarily coming from Tencent, for a consideration not exceeding 25 million yuan
