Edit: SCPE plans to inquire about the transfer of 3% equity shares

Eddie Tech announced that shareholder Schroders Capital Private Equity Asia Hong Kong I Limited plans to transfer its 3,196,900 shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, through a private inquiry. This transfer is due to SCPE's own funding needs, and the transferee will be an institutional investor with pricing capability and risk tolerance. SCPE currently holds 6,955,600 shares of Eddie Tech, accounting for 6.53% of the total share capital, and the transferred shares account for 45.96% of its holdings. This transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the shares cannot be transferred again within six months after the transfer.
