The 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum opens

On September 18th, the 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum opened at the Beijing International Conference Center. Defense Minister Dong Jun attended the forum and delivered a keynote speech. Dong Jun stated that in an era full of challenges, cooperation is the best choice.
