CITIC Guoan Information Industry to Publicly List Shanghai Properties

(MT Newswires) -- CITIC Guoan Information Industry (SHE:000839) subsidiary Shijingcheng Communication plans to publicly list six office/commercial properties and parking spaces in Shanghai's Huaxia Bank Building for sale. The assets, with a total area of 805.5 square meters, will be listed on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange at a starting price of no less than 18.2 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse. Shares of the computer network infrastructure and information service provider closed 2% lower Friday.
