On NIO Day (September 20), NIO Chairman Li Bin stated that they are currently making every effort to increase the production capacity of the new ES8. If the production capacity still cannot meet the demand for orders, NIO will be responsible for subsidizing the difference in the decline of new energy vehicle subsidies next year
