DOMAINE POWER (00442.HK) announced that on September 18th, its largest shareholder and controlling shareholder, Jingyi, sold shares with a total voting right of 0.06%, involving 100,000 shares, for a price of HKD 85,260, equivalent to a price of HKD 0.8526 per share. After the sale, Jingyi holds 129 million shares, accounting for 74.84% of the company's equity
