ARTINI HLDG (00789.HK) announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Baiyunshan (00874.HK) subsidiary Baiyunshan Weiyi. According to this agreement, both parties will jointly develop products in the big health sector, including natural plant extracts, functional health products, personal care products, etc.; and expand the market by promoting the collaboratively developed products to overseas markets, for a duration of one year
