IMMUNOTECH-B (06978.HK) announced a proposed rights issue of 102 million shares; the subscription price is HKD 2.5, representing a discount of 47.70% compared to the last closing price before suspension. The total amount raised is HKD 258 million, with a net amount of approximately HKD 252 million, of which about 54% is intended for EAL clinical trials; 24% will be used to expand research and development expenses for other clinical indications of EAL; the remainder will be allocated for general working capital.
The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (22nd)
