Yitai B shares announced that the company and Yitai Group plan to increase the registered capital of Yitai Yili Energy Co., Ltd. by a total of RMB 3.10865 billion according to their shareholding ratios. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Yili Energy will increase from RMB 3.84 billion to RMB 6.94865 billion, of which the company will subscribe for RMB 2.804 billion and Yitai Group will subscribe for RMB 304.65 million. This capital increase is proportional, and the shareholding ratios of both parties will remain unchanged before and after the capital increase.
