New Journey provides guarantees for a total credit of 80 million yuan for two subsidiaries

On April 28 and May 19, 2025, New Journey approved a total of 1.814 billion yuan in joint liability guarantees for the comprehensive credit of its subsidiaries for the next 12 months through the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting, respectively. Recently, the company signed contracts with the Dalian branch of China Merchants Bank and the Zhengzhou branch of Minsheng Bank to provide joint liability guarantees for the credit applications of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Wafangdian Third Hospital and Lankao First Hospital, with guarantee amounts of 30 million yuan and 50 million yuan, respectively, and a guarantee period of three years. As of June 30, the actual guarantee balance for the subsidiaries was 702 million yuan, accounting for 35.39% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantee situations.
